Cubera announces record fundraising for International and Nordic Primary strategies

Cubera Private Equity is pleased to announce record fundraisings for its latest funds within both the International (“CIPE 25”) and Nordic Primary (“PE V”) strategies:

• CIPE 25 at €334 million
• Cubera PE V at €166 million

With €500 million raised across these two funds — and more than €1.5 billion raised across our recent Primary and Secondary vintages — we are grateful for the strong support from both longstanding and new investors.
These fundraisings reflect Cubera’s continued momentum:

• Growing institutional interest across existing and new markets
• A strengthened Capital Formation platform
• Expanded International and Nordic investment teams
• Sustained demand for focused small- and mid-cap private equity exposure
