The seminar brought together investors and industry experts for a discussion on continuation vehicles, drawing on lessons from the secondary market and exploring key considerations for CV investors, commercial terms, and how to structure a successful CV process.

This week our Chief Sustainability Officer, Urs Bitterling, joined a panel at the Impact Investor Global Summit in London to discuss impact secondaries and their growing role in portfolio management.

The key message: Impact secondaries are becoming an integral part of portfolio management. As the market grows, quality and selectivity matter more than ever — and strong structuring will be critical to ensure alignment and protect impact over time.

Our Senior Advisor and Founder, Till Gutzen, moderated a panel on “Private Equity – Current Trends” at the BAI Alternative Investor Conference 2026 in Frankfurt, joined by representatives from Ardian, Apollo, SwanCap Partners and Triton Partners.

The discussion covered key LP considerations, including exits and distributions, continuation vehicles, the fundraising divide, operational value creation, and the role of AI and software in private equity. A clear takeaway was that the market is becoming more selective, more operationally focused and increasingly driven by demonstrated cash returns.
