The opportunity:

We are searching for an Associate to join the Cubera International Investment team. At Cubera you will be part of a competent team with a strong interest for the investment discipline. The role is based in Oslo.

Do you have an inherent interest in private equity and want to work in one of the leading Nordic private equity organisations? Then this might be the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • participate in all aspects of the investment process including deal sourcing, fund and company evaluation, due diligence and closing

  • monitor existing investments and the International private equity market in general

  • create and maintain a network within the private equity industry

  • assist in the creation of ad-hoc analysis, presentations and reports

 Requirements:

  • master's degree within the field of economics, finance or similar 

  • 1-2 years' experience from private equity, transaction services, family office, investment banking, M&A Advisory or other investment related role

  • strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills

  • fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English
