Cubera has centrally located offices in Oslo and Stockholm. Nevertheless, we work seamlessly across offices as one team. Organization and values
Cubera has a flat structure without distance between senior and junior layers. True to our collaborative and collegial spirit, Partners, Directors, Investment Managers and Associates work together regularly to apply the skills from all levels of experience to the investment case, and to ensure all voices are heard when evaluating investment opportunities. Our set-up and way of working is based on the belief that all employees have a lot to contribute.
Cubera counts about 32 employees across different functions including management and administration, investor relations and the investment team, working closely together in an agile organization and adapting team composition to the task at hand. The investment team is organized according to the investment strategies which constitute Cubera’s product offering, and employees are exposed to numerous investment opportunities within each strategy. Regardless of team or function, all employees at Cubera share the same values which enable us to work consistently towards making the best investment decisions, and acting responsibly.
